New Years are great. Is there some work involved? Sure. Yet, if you are following your passion, then it never really feels like work. The old year goes and allows us an opportunity for some new beginnings. And with those new beginnings, we have fantastic abilities to make something unique, whether this is the first time, or if you’re doing it again.
Being able to start new projects and flesh out new ideas is fantastic. We need to understand old passions close and move off our radar. As this happens, we find a new time and more room to follow new passions. Just as a beautiful sunset closes one day, it leaves the void to be filled by the sunrise of the next.
Many of us have found that over time we need to be ready for the unexpected. Enlistments end, classes are over, businesses close, or move on. We need to keep ourselves as the center of who we are and what we do. We should never relegate our being to business, a government entity, or a temporary situation. After all, we are the ones that will never leave ourselves behind.
With my New Year’s thought of a new beginning, I will try to keep the daily views of the blog short and concise. This gives my readers a little more time to explore their new passions.
Thank you for being with me today. I hope to be with you again tomorrow.
