I have a master’s degree in training and educating adults. I have studied many types of training and realized some of the mistakes many course builders make.
It’s an easy trip to fall into. You know your craft, and you see people making mistakes in the real world, so you want to go out and correct everybody. The fault in this is assuming that everybody does the same thing the same way. The truth is that everybody is different, and so are their needs.
I am now offering courses, and my latest is based on a book I wrote called ‘If You Want A Job, Clean Your Office.’. I’m offering this as the central part of a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal with a price tag that I can’t believe. This is the deepest discount I have ever given. And yet anything offered is only as good as it helps the person using it and buying it. So I designed and run my courses a little bit differently.
Although I have the course well written and developed, I will start by talking privately with each class member and taking a survey of where they feel they are. If I am going to help someone be successful, I must make course provide the class members with the best training that fits their needs.
How do I do this? I teach live classes on zoom. Yes, we’ll have some films, graphs, and charts. We will share ideas and thoughts. My job is to get you to where you can get your job. Can I go out and find you a job and just give it to you? Nope. They won’t hire me. I already have a job. My job is to help you get your job.
- Are you trying to make your mind up on a career?
- Are you trying to figure out where your career is taking you?
- Wanting a new job or a new type of job?
These are the things I can help you with.
Our Black Friday sale will be much more than a simple course. It will be filled with tremendous and knowledgeable things. I’m helping you get to where you want to go.
- Micro-courses on how to make your time work for you.
- Using your elevator pitch in your best interest.
- How to get people to remember you.
The entire list will be published this Friday.
I would like you to think about this, and if you are interested, please contact me. MikeB@reveille.rocks
I am not a high-pressure salesperson if you haven’t caught on by now. I’m here to help the people who could use my skills.
